Welcome to the new Creative Fingers challenge. As always the theme is 'Anything goes'. Our DT Anne Constantly-Carding kindly sponsored this challenge. I made my card from the sponsor's beautiful Pink Blooms Paper & Topper Set. I cut the background paper into pieces and glued them onto plain cardstock, and framed the cut image with the same cardstock.
